I kinda have a love/hate relationship with that store. It’s cheap and the clothes run small, so it’s perfect for me. But on the other hand, the styles tend to be…ehhh…terrible? Most of the time. Lots of horrible 90’s clothes are coming back. And there’s these things:

Jumpsuits. With that tight collar…and the print…and..ugh it’s terrible. Why do I shop here.

Look at this poor model, she looks so miserable. BECAUSE THIS DRESS IS DEPRESSING. It’s frumpy as shit. And it looks like something out of Little House on the Prairie if they could only make clothes out of old “blue jeans” (as country folk say).

I really like this dress, though. Something about it just works for me. I would have to try it on..I don’t usually like red/pink. Anyway. These few outfits really stood out.

So far so good! I saw Iron Man 3, Great Gatsby, and Star Trek: Benedict edition and oh man, they were all pretty good. Iron Man was pretty crazy, not at all what I was expecting. It was SO different and I laughed a lot, so that’s a win. Great Gatsby had some interesting moments..and I do like the mix of modern music with some classic..overall it was entertaining but not the best. But…but…STAR TREK..ahhh so much happened, it was a whirlwind of emotion even from emotionless Spock ahhhhh! AHHHHHH! what even happened in it, besides everyone almost dying every 5 seconds, I dunno, but I definitely need to see it again!

I think those were probably the best of the summer already. I mean…Monsters U..eh. What else. Hangover 3? ehhhhh. Supeman’s gritty reboot looks all right. I really love going to the movies though so I’ll probably see everything.

It’s tough, but I have been drawing everyday. I’ve been seeing a lot of posts about it…is it “draw everyday” month or something? Have I been finishing any of my doodles? No.

I watched the shit out of nicktoons as a kid. To the point of me never really watching anything else…so nicktoons had a huge impact on me. I always liked the older sisters on these cartoons, like Judy and Reggie here. I related to them and hoped to be an angsty teen artist like Judy (wish came true!) anywho. More to come, I hope. this was super easy to draw.

I love this and hate it at the same time….(because Duncan hasn’t been on the show since season 2..)

I felt like drawing REAL AWESOME SHIRTS that Will and I own. We bought em from theyeetee.com. I never put any detail in shirts so I’m gonna try to do it more often. Also Alakazam was my favorite pokemon so it is fitting for me to have that shirt. :P

I might draw all of my nerdy shirts cuz I love em all so much D: (it would be like 20 drawings, I buy a lot of nerdy shirts)

I’m actually a real digital artist for the first time in my life! I’m doing really careful, tedious lineart (with a tablet of course! something I finally got the hang of) and I’m using the fuckin TRANSFORM tool when something looks out of proportion. It’s really liberating and I feel like I have so much more control over my art.

We did some lame stuff like morphing other classmate’s drawings (…yeah not fun) and now we’re finally getting to expressions and fun stuff that requires actual skill. So far I’ve animated cat faces and it is amazing. Can I animate cats forever?
